Getting into a workout routine
I've recently been trying to improve my life, and that includes hitting the gym more often and taking care of my body. I'm trying to get into a strict workout routine, however with variable work times I'm finding it really difficult to find the time.
I usually work till around 5PM, and by the time I get home it is around 8 PM. I'm dead tired after this and can't really do anything.
The travel takes a lot of my time, more than 3 hours per day spent back and forth.
How do you mitigate this?
Do you have the ability to change your working hours? That is, you could get to office earlier and therefore leave earlier. If so I'd look to getting into office an hour or so earlier, beating out the office traffic and getting home by 6 or 7 PM, and plan your workouts for after this time.
