I know people usually recommend working out everyday. I am quite a fit person and all I need to do is keep that intact instead of building more. I work out everyday but not very intense sweat inducing workouts.
Is this okay?
I think if the intensity of the workout isn't too high, it shouldn't be a problem. Could you let us know what your usual routine is like?
Even if it is low intensity, I think you shouldn't work out everyday. Our muscles have wear and tear too, Do it every other day for best results.
My workout consists of a 20 minute jog, a few lifts, leg exercises and endurance training.
